Welcome to Storage Finsbury Park. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our storage services. By renting a storage unit with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully before entering into an agreement.
Rental Agreement

Unit Selection
Selecting the appropriate storage unit size is essential to ensure adequate space for your belongings. The size options available include:
- Small units suitable for boxes and small items.
- Medium units ideal for furniture and multiple boxes.
- Large units designed for vehicles and large equipment.
Lease Duration
Storage units can be rented on a monthly basis, with the flexibility to extend or terminate your lease as needed. Early termination may incur additional fees as outlined in the agreement.
Payment Terms
Payment for storage units must be made in advance on a monthly basis. We accept various payment methods, including:
- Credit and debit cards.
- Direct bank transfers.
- Automatic monthly payments for added convenience.
Late Payment: Failure to make payments by the due date may result in late fees and possible suspension of access to your storage unit.
Access Policies
Storage Finsbury Park provides tenants with access to their units during our business hours:
- Operating Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 8 PM; Saturday, 9 AM to 5 PM; closed on Sundays and public holidays.
- After-Hours Access: Available upon request and subject to additional fees and security protocols.
- Identification: Tenants must present valid identification to gain access.
Security Measures
We implement various security measures to protect your belongings, including:
- 24/7 surveillance cameras.
- On-site security personnel.
- Secure access control systems.
Security and Liability
While we take extensive measures to protect your stored items, Storage Finsbury Park is not liable for:
- Loss or damage caused by natural disasters, theft, or vandalism.
- Items not properly secured or packaged by the tenant.
- Failure to report theft or damage within 24 hours of occurrence.
We recommend that tenants obtain insurance to cover potential risks associated with storing their belongings. Insurance provides added protection and peace of mind.
Termination of Agreement
Either party may terminate the rental agreement by providing written notice as specified in the contract. Upon termination:
- The tenant must remove all personal belongings from the storage unit.
- Any remaining items after the specified notice period may be disposed of at the tenant's expense.
- Outstanding payments must be settled prior to termination.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Storage Finsbury Park operates. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
Storage Finsbury Park reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Tenants will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
